Looking back on a life-changing month...
Three weeks after the last adventurer left the island, all 10 have returned to their normal lives – although normal isn’t what it used to be. Now that the extremes of their Life 2 the Limit challenge are starting to fade – the endless hunger, debilitating heat and lack of sleep – the islanders are looking back on their adventure with new perspective, and they’ve realised the value of what essentially turned into a reflective and transformative experience.
